Amir Melad

Amir Melad is the Chief Executive Officer of ION, a joint venture between Crescent Enterprises and BEEAH Group advancing CleanTech and mobility infrastructure across the UAE. Operating at the intersection of capital deployment, energy transition and asset management, he leads the execution of ultra-fast EV charging networks, smart mobility ecosystems and decarbonization infrastructure. Prior to ION, he served as Managing Director for TIER & Dott Mobility, overseeing regional zero-emission fleet rollouts and municipal transit frameworks. Amir specializes in structuring high-value ventures, JVs and public-private partnerships (PPPs) that bridge decarbonization mandates with operational rigor and long-term commercial execution.
