Chintan Sareen

Chintan Sareen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PlusX Electric, a Dubai-based operator of mobile electric vehicle charging solutions, and the Founder of Shunya Ekai Technologies, an engineering company specialising in IoT, robotics, battery management systems and motor technology.

He is the inventor behind the world's first on-demand portable EV charger delivered to the customer's location, and holds six patent filings in his own name, two of them granted in India. His filings span mobile EV chargers with swappable battery systems, mobile battery swapping and charging stations for multi-wheeler electric vehicles, portable charging with integrated energy management and autonomous mobility, and devices in the biomedical and logistics fields.

Under his leadership, PlusX Electric has established one of the UAE's largest mobile charging operations, serving residential communities, commercial properties and commercial fleets. He continues to lead product development across both companies, taking technology from design in India through to commercial deployment in the Gulf.
