Tom Fux – Chief Executive Officer, AWR Automotive Tom Fux is a visionary leader with over 25 years of global experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of AWR Automotive, part of the Dubai-based AW Rostamani Group. Before joining AWR Group, Tom held senior executive roles across 53 countries, including Senior Vice President for Europe at Toyota Motor Corporation, where he oversaw sales, marketing, aftersales and customer experience for both Toyota and Lexus. Under his leadership, the company achieved record profitability and streamlined its distribution network. Tom was also the Founding President and CEO of KINTO Europe, Toyota’s mobility brand, where he built a profitable startup from the ground up, pioneering full-service leasing and mobility solutions across six European markets. His work at KINTO is now studied at IMD Business School as a benchmark in automotive innovation. Earlier in his career, Tom became the first non-Japanese President of Toyota Germany, where he led a successful business restructuring that boosted dealer profitability. His career at Toyota also includes key roles in sales planning, pricing strategy, and regional operations across Europe and Central Asia. Tom holds a degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Ljubljana and is fluent in Slovenian, English, German, Serbian, and Croatian.
